| Khun Em - (Cat Carer) Khun Em is one of our newest employees & works in our Cat Hospital!.... Her job includes caring for all the cats currently resident in our hospital, as well as regular feeding & cleaning duties. Khun Em is also learning to help Dr Su with pre-med & after care procedures for cats undergoing sterlization & other medical procedures. This is her favourite task! |

| Our cat hospital currently sterlizes around 40-50 cats per week & teaching our staff assistant duties in these operations is very important to us. We encourage our staff to contribute as much as possible in their roles & where possible, learn new skills.
Khun Em is a devoted cat lover & has 3 cats at home including "Teeta" a 3 legged kitten she recently adopted from our cat hospital. She also has some favouite cats currently living in our Hospital - Yellow, Pea & Salt. Yellow is a fluffy persian who's a long term resident in our "Cat Suite" recovering from surgery who loves it when Khun Em gives him a massage! Khun Em also has a soft spot for our resident dogs Natty & Pancake who roam the shelter. We asked Khum Em if she'd like to share anything with our supporters & she said she'd "like everyone to take care of their animals, never abandon them & ensure they are sterilzed". Khun Em has only been with Soi Dog for three months, but she's already a very valued member of staff & vital to the wellbeing of our cats. |
